Physically and Emotionally
Coping with Life's pressures or Stress can be essential toward warding
off serious health problems. More and more medical research is revealing
that the emotions, which can be triggered by stress, can cause severe
health issues. The mind is a potent force in controlling troublesome
emotions. Don't be a prisoner of your own mind!
Anxiety and Worry. Learn where it comes from, and most of all,
how to stop it. Health problems, such as gastritis, ulcers, loss
of hair, loss of sleep, and muscle aches can be a result.
Anger and Frustration. Learn why we get angry and how to reduce
its frequency and intensity. Health problems stemming from chronic
feelings of anger can be heart disease, hypertension, and some forms
of cancer. Anger management is a reality today, as it is effects

causes. Determine which cause feeds your depression. Health problems,
which may result from depression are fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue
syndrome, weight loss, short-term memory loss, the inability to
think clearly, and reduction in body immunity.
