ATTENTION DEFICIT DISORDER (ADD)
ADD is a neurological disability. It interferes with a person's ability to sustain attention or focus on a task. Often times it is treated with medication and unique behavioral management techniques. Statistics report that ADD is on a dramatic rise. In various ways, it is increasing at an alarming rate and touching the lives of millions of children. Unfortunately, many children are misdiagnosed with ADD and may be placed on medication for the rest of their lives.

Once ADD occurs, it becomes a permanent disability for the child and presents many challenges for the family. Prevailing thought by professionals is that ADD is caused by heredity. If ADD is caused by heredity, then why has the occurrence of ADD in children grown so dramatically in the last 10 years?

Dr. Loev has developed his own unique theory of the cause of ADD and who is predisposed to having an ADD child. More importantly, Dr. Loev has developed a method to prevent ADD from occurring.

If you are planning to have a baby, learn if you are predisposed to carrying an ADD child, and more importantly, learn how to prevent it.

IMPROVING FAMILY COMMUNICATION

  • Because of today's time pressures, many family members are not getting along well. They may make demands on one another and spend very little time enjoying each other. Special issues, such as the birth of a first child, multiple births, and sibling rivalry can lead to increased family conflict and decreased family productivity.
  • Also, more parents are having difficulty understanding the particular psychology of raising teenagers, and the results can have a distancing or rebellious behavior that is destructive to the teens and to the family.
  • Going to college can be an exciting and important time for young adults, but for many, the stress can be burdensome and interfere with studies.

Dr. Loev will not only show you how to monitor family communications, but also show you how to anticipate them before they occur. He can also show parents how to understand the psychological issues of teenagers and help young adults achieve their goals.
